In 2007, officials from the Towns of East Greenbush, Sand Lake and Schodack agreed to work cooperatively to reassess the properties within their respective borders. We know residents may have questions about how our towns determine property values and how property taxes are calculated. As a courtesy to our residents, we are providing this information to help you understand the reassessment process.
