Director of Technology
East Greenbush Central School District is seeking applicants for an anticipated Administrative position. We are a progressive school district that works closely with the community in promoting our school programs and in developing educational opportunities for all students, staff and community members within our district.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and administering the data needs of the East Greenbush Central School District’s administrators and teachers in compliance with New York State data and accountability. Candidates must have familiarity with computer database formats, be familiar with programs that consolidate data from disparate database systems. Knowledge of standard academic statistical techniques in order to help staff generate meaningful information from data collected for NYS Repository System (nySTART).
Appropriate current NYS Administrative Certification SAS/SBL, SDA/SDL required at time of application; must hold a Masters Degree, 5 years teaching and/or administrative experience in content areas, Administrative experience preferred. 11-month position with K-12 Administrative responsibility, anticipated start date July 1, 2012; salary will be determined by placement on appropriate administrative salary schedule.
